Data and statistics in public transport

The project is a preliminary study aimed at highlighting the possibilities for a more systematic data collection. There are currently aggregated statistics and economic data on local and regional public transport. However, the statistics produced are of varying quality and collected by varying methods. There is little systematic knowledge of the representativeness and coverage of the calculations made. There is also reason to consider standardization in the ways of measuring and with which technique measurements are made.
