My research at IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute aims to explore sustainable futures for the transport system that are aligned with societal goals, with a particular focus on climate targets. Scenario design and analysis have been recurring approaches, but the research has also employed other methods to understand the opportunities and challenges involved. I take a holistic approach that considers the transport system in a broad sense, while recognising that public transport plays a crucial role.
