”Drivers and Barriers for Integrated Mobility Services”
How can we encourage more people to travel sustainably? One widely discussed strategy is Integrated Mobility Services (IMS), also known as Mobility as a Service (MaaS). The concept involves combining a range of mobility services, such as public transport, car-sharing schemes, bike-sharing systems and taxis, to provide travellers with a seamless travel experience.
The report “Drivers and Barriers for Integrated Mobility Services” (K2 Working Papers 2017:3) provides an overview of the literature on integrated mobility services, with a particular focus on what previous research identifies as the key barriers to and enablers of these services.
