Energy efficiency through reduced city traffic - policy, process and institutions

The purpose of the project is to analyze opportunities and barriers for the introduction of measures that reduce car traffic in Swedish cities with a population of between 50,000 and 200,000 inhabitants. One objective of the project is to investigate what makes the difference between success and failure in implementing measures for reduced car traffic in order to develop policy recommendations for the implementation of these measures in major cities.
