The K2 office

K2 is located at Bruksgatan 8 in Lund, a stone’s throw from the Central Station, with flexible workstations, meeting rooms, two small rooms for meetings/phone calls, and shared spaces. As a K2 researcher who is often at the office, you will receive a key tag and a code that make it easy for you to enter. If you are here only occasionally, it is best to schedule a meeting with someone who can let you in.

If you live far from K2 and want to be sure you have a desk when you arrive, you can book a flexible workstation in advance. Three workstations are available for booking, and you can reserve a spot for one hour, four hours, or a full day. Click the links to make a booking.

Every Friday at 9:00 we have a shared breakfast where all K2 researchers, regardless of their regular workplace, are welcome to take part. We take turns setting out and clearing away.

There are bikes available to borrow at the office if you need to run an errand, as well as bicycle parking in the basement and access to a shower.

When you are accepted as a K2 researcher, you will receive a welcome email with more information about the office, our shared email lists, how to access the wifi and the printer, and other useful things you may need to know.
