Bus drivers’ working conditions within Skånetrafiken’s public transport operations

The everyday work and working environment of bus drivers in the public transport sector have been matters of concern for quite some time. The aim of this research project is to produce an independent body of knowledge about bus drivers’ professional day-to-day experiences and perceptions. Combined with previous research, this will contribute new insights into the situation in Skåne.
