Judith Oginga is a researcher and urban planner specialising in sustainable mobility and energy systems, with extensive experience bridging policy, governance and implementation in the urban mobility sector. She holds a doctoral candidacy at Blekinge Institute of Technology and has authored several peer-reviewed publications on e-mobility transitions, informal transport integration and urban climate action.
