K2 Knowledge Lunch: Navigating Climate Risks in Rail Transport

Michelle Ochsner (LU/K2) will present results from her PhD thesis entitled Navigating Climate Risks in Rail Transport: Weather Impacts, Governance Challenges, and Climate Adaptation Approaches which highlights how weather impacts railway operations and infrastructure, the challenges faced when adapting the railway sector to climate change, and lessons that can be drawn from various climate adaptation approaches to inform climate resilience in Swedish railways. The Kowledge Lunch will be held in English.
