Car-free urban districts

The purpose of the project is to develop new knowledge about the car-free district to provide suggestions for changes in the planning process towards a sustainable and equitable transport system. The project will outline proposals for principles for necessary changes in the planning process and the development of a multidisciplinary approach to identify appropriate districts and the process towards their successful development.
