Contract for collaboration

The purpose of the project is to study contractual issues, such as how the contract will come about, how it can lead to a more well-functioning market, how it can support innovation and how the contractual process can become a learning process. Decision-making on the strategic level is linked to both long-term sustainable financing, profitability of private actors and how the agreements allow control against the policy goals.
